ATTRACTION

What is it that has drawn you to whom you are with now? Is it a feeling, a sense of smell, their appearance, an appeal to their voice or maybe just their aura?

Everything is energy and that's all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics by Albert Einstein.

MOVING FORWARD

I refuse to let the past hold me back.
I refuse to let yesterday to be the final act.
I choose to move forward with love
I choose to move forward in faith from above.

I have learned to live and smile each day.
I have learned to live a whole new way.
Moving forward expresses the new me.
Moving forward is the only way to be. 

LIES AND DECEIT IN THE WORKPLACE

Deception, something that is around us all the time. It's that annoying little factor we find often at our workplace that has us questioning our moral values all for the sake of maintaining our jobs. But at what cost do we rationalize all the lies and/or deceit to convince us that it cannot possibly be a case of us being lead down the garden path, but rather down the rabbit hole. When do you choose to recognize the truth and take action accordingly. 
At some point in our lives we will be challenged to "do the right thing" even though that might not be the popular consensus. Sometimes we have to walk  out on "FAITH" and hold the moral ground. Even though it may affect us seemingly alone, more often than not your non-active position to do anything will ultimately hurt many more than meets the eye. 
Deceit is just another form of lies which are heinous acts. Would you rather be quiet with watchful eye of such deception or would you rather be courageous and take the moral high ground.


So many bullies in the workplace are able to get away with their heinous behavior because everyone is afraid to bring it into the light to be seen for what it really is. When we allow ourselves to be used and abused in such a manner be it in the workplace or any place, we jeopardize our "PEACE" that which keeps us steady in spirit and mind.
Who will you be? Will you allow yourself to be victimized or will you fight back? Bullies don't do well when you challenge them. They almost always back down. Those that abuse their authority in the worst unprofessional manner should be brought before the firing squad and held accountable for their heinous actions. Just because you may be management, that doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful to anyone for any reason. One should always maintain their professionalism and never abuse their authority.

MEASURE OF SUCCESS

How do you measure your success? 
Have you chosen your own personal gauge or are you measuring your success according to others? 

So many people make the mistake of believing that success has only to do with financial gain. But, only if that is your purpose in life is that even relevant.

Consider asking yourself, "What is important to me?" Once you have answered to your satisfaction, then set the goal in which you wish to achieve. If your goal is to be a good mother and partner, then financial gain may have little to do with your personal success. 

If your goal is to go into business for yourself, then financial gain will be a part of your success. 

Consider personalizing what you want to achieve and it will easier to be successful according to you!

Daddy hits mommy, I don't know why
All I know is, it makes us cry
Daddy hits mommy, I don't know why
We try very hard to be good
But no matter, it's never as it should
Daddy hits mommy, I don't know why
We run and hide and shake with fear
Afraid daddy may be coming near
Daddy hits mommy, I don't know why
Quiet we are to not be heard
Screams from mommy, but not a word
We peak for mommy to look and see
Why daddy hits mommy, what could it be?
Daddy hits mommy, I don't know why
Frustrated and sad, we begin to sigh
Daddy hits mommy, I don't know why
Sometimes he's yelling words I don't know
Other times it's his fist he will show
Holes in walls, door all locked, bruises all over
Mommy would use makeup to try to cover
Daddy hits mommy, I don't know why 
Maybe he's mixed up or maybe he's mad
All I know is that we're all very sad.

PTSD

I smile, I laugh, all is good
